1) Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our website, resources, community, donation tools, or other services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms are provided for clarity and transparency and are not legal advice.

2) Snapshot Summary (Not a Substitute for the Full Terms)

  • Use BKB respectfully and lawfully. No harassment, spam, or misuse.

  • Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Donations and purchases are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

  • BKB provides ministry and educational content—not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

  • Certain features may auto-renew if explicitly offered as subscriptions.

  • Disputes are governed by Texas law and subject to arbitration and a class-action waiver.

3) Eligibility; Accounts; Accuracy

Eligibility:
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You must be 18 or older to make purchases or donations.

Accounts:
Some Services require account creation (e.g., community participation). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accuracy:
You agree to provide accurate and current information. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms.

4) Ministry Purpose; No Professional Advice

All content provided by BKB is Christ-centered, educational, pastoral, and devotional in nature.

We do not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Content is provided “as is” for ministry and educational purposes only. Always seek qualified professionals for such matters.

5) Community Standards & User-Generated Content

When participating in BKB community spaces (hosted via Skool or similar platforms), you agree to:

  • Act respectfully and charitably toward others

  • Refrain from harassment, hate speech, threats, or exploitation

  • Avoid obscene, pornographic, or illegal content

  • Not post private or sensitive information about others

  • Not spam, self-promote, or solicit commercially without permission

We reserve the right to moderate, remove content, or restrict access at our discretion.

User-Generated Content License

By submitting content (text, images, videos, testimonies, etc.), you grant BKB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with the ministry, including educational or promotional uses.

You represent that you own or have permission to share such content.

6) Donations, Purchases & Refunds

Payment Processing:
Payments and donations are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

Donations:
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly for review.

Digital Resources & Courses:
Unless otherwise stated, access to digital content is provided as-is. Refunds are offered only where required by law or where explicitly stated at checkout.

Subscriptions (If Offered):
Any subscription or recurring support will clearly disclose billing terms and renewal conditions at the point of sign-up. You may cancel before the next billing cycle.

7) Intellectual Property

Our Content:
All content on the Services—including text, teachings, videos, graphics, and logos—is owned by BKB or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited License:
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.

Your Content:
You retain ownership of your submitted content, subject to the license granted in Section 5.

8) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services unlawfully or in violation of others’ rights

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise site security

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

  • Use automated tools to access the Services without authorization

9) Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may include integrations or links to third-party platforms (e.g., Skool, Stripe, YouTube). Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. BKB is not responsible for third-party practices.

10) Testimonials, Likeness & Media

If you voluntarily submit testimonials, stories, photos, or videos, you grant BKB permission to use them (with first name and general location unless otherwise agreed) for ministry and promotional purposes, consistent with your privacy choices.

Separate releases may apply for live or recorded events.

11) Communications

By providing contact information, you agree to receive transactional communications (e.g., receipts, account notices). With consent, you may receive ministry updates or newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time.

12) Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us at privacy@bekingdombuilders.com with the required DMCA notice information. We respond in accordance with applicable law.

13) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BKB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BKB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID TO BKB IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BKB, its staff, volunteers, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or violation of these Terms.

16) Governing Law; Arbitration; Class Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in Collin County, Texas, except where small-claims court is permitted.

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing privacy@bekingdombuilders.com within 30 days of first use.

17) International Users

BKB operates from the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and consent to U.S. data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

18) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will do so.

19) Changes to Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

20) Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement.

  • Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.

  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

  • Electronic Communications: You consent to electronic records and signatures.
